Toomevara GAA club extend their deepest sympathy to the Bevans family on the sad passing of Mikey. We keep in our thoughts his daughters Noreen, Mary & Pauline, his son Mikey, his grandchildren, daughter & son in laws, his  sister Nonie, and all of his extended family. Mikey was a loyal servant of Toomevara GAA Club and was a member of the famous 1960 Toomevara team that won both the North and County Finals that year.
Mikey also won North Tipp minor and intermediate titles with Toome.
He took great pride in his son Mikey's distinguished playing career with the club and was a loyal and devoted supporter of him throughout his playing years. He supported the club in many different ways over the years.
There will be a Toomevara GAA guard of honour following his funeral mass on Saturday.  We will meet outside Ballinree church at  11.30 am.
May Mikey rest in eternal peace.
