County Final Wins

This week, pride of place goes to our u12 and u16 teams, who both claimed county titles for the club. A very young u12 team played with great skill to defeat Clonoulty on Sunday.

The u16s had to go through extra time in their game against Cashel, eventually winning by seven points. This team has consistently shown great heart, determination and work rate, and truly deserve to be County champions.

These two wins have really put a smile on everyone connected with the club.

Well done to all and to both teams mentors.

U14
Hard luck to our u14s who were defeated by Roscrea last week in the 'A' u14 North semifinal. This team have improved with every game played this year and should look forward to a great future. Well done to all of squad and management team.

U21

The North Tipperary u21 championship will commence on the 11th of October with Toome playing Moneygall in the first round. Borris-Illeigh and Silvermines are also in Toome group.

Confined Draw(Toome 250)

The club will soon be launching a confined draw with prize money of €20,000 to be claimed over 12 months. Details of ticket sales to follow.

Walking Track

Work has been completed on the upgrade of walking track around the back field. The club has now improved our facilities greatly over the last 12 months, and will continue to improve for the betterment of our players and community. These improvements would not be possible without the support of the people of Toomevara Parish and your ongoing support is greatly appreciated.

Back to the track next Monday  October 5th  at 6.30 PM. 

Track open to all. 

Couch to 5 K programme for anyone who wishes to train for a 5 k at the track at the end of the 6 weeks.
