Any query regarding membership should be directed to the Registrar and it is the member’s responsibility to prove membership. Please feel free to pass on this invitation to any Toomevara member.

1.      *Chairperson / Vice Chairperson / Secretary / Assistant Secretary/ Treasurer / PRO / Registrar /Committee 

2.      All Senior Players should be invited (by outgoing Player Representative) to elect a new nominee on their behalf. 

3.      Additional Posts should be filled by the AGM on recommendation of the Executive:      Child Protection Officer / Culture Officer / Coaching Officer 

4.      Juvenile Chairperson shall be automatically nominated after the Juvenile Sub Committee Meeting. (in line with constitution and following recommendation of the Executive) 

5.      No more than 9 additional members may be elected to the committee
