Club Lotto: Our weekly draw takes place on Tuesday night this week due to the Tipperary hurlers homecoming in Thurles. Tickets can be purchased online, in the shops, the Post Office, and pubs, or by contacting a committee member. The jackpot for this week stands at €2,500.

Senior: Our senior hurlers defeated Lorrha in the quarter-final of the Hibernian Inn North Senior Hurling Championship last Sunday afternoon in Dolla. This was a closely fought contest and despite the team not being at their best, they managed to eventually claim the win over a good Lorrha side.
The lads will next face Kiladangan in the semi-final this coming Wednesday, July 30th in Templederry with a throw-in for 7pm. Get up to the match and support the lads.
The round 1 County Championship fixture has also been made. We will be travelling to Borris-Ileigh to face Holycross Ballycahill on Saturday, August 9th at 7pm.

Junior A: Our Junior A hurlers will play their fourth game of the North Junior A Hurling Championship on Friday against Roscrea. The game takes place in Cloughjordan at 7:15pm. Come out and support the lads.

Junior B: Our Junior B hurlers continue to wait for confirmation of their overdue fixture against Templederry Kenyons in the North Junior B Hurling Championship.

Underage: There were mixed results for our underage teams who were all in action last week. Firstly, our U13s lost out narrowly to Ballinahinch/Templederry after a last gasp goal for the visitors ended the game in a 2-6 to 1-7 loss for our players in the North U13A Hurling Championship.
Our U19s drew their first round of the North U19A Hurling Championship at home to Borris-Ileigh. The team were in a hole at half-time, trailing 3-9 to 0-12 at the break, but showed terrific character to fight their way to a stalemate.
Finally, the U15s ended the week on a positive note with a brilliant one-point win against Kilruane MacDonaghs in Cloughjordan. The score finished 1-18 to 2-14.

This week’s underage fixtures are as follows:

Monday, July 28th: North U17A Hurling Championship - Toomevara vs Nenagh Éire Óg in Toomevara at 7:30pm.
