Tipperary
A hearty congratulations is extended to Cody Quirke and Cormac Frend who were part of the Tipperary Celtic Challenge squad who have qualified for this year’s final, after defeating Kilkenny in the semi-final in Templemore last Saturday afternoon. They will now go on to face Cork Whites in the final. Keep an eye on socials for fixture details.
We all wish Darragh McCarthy and Jake Hackett the very best of luck ahead of the All-Ireland U20 hurling final this coming Saturday in UPMC Nowlan Park, Kilkenny against Kilkenny. Good luck, lads.
Junior A
Our Junior A hurlers await fixture details for their upcoming North Junior Hurling League final in the coming weeks. Keep an eye on socials for updates on this fixture.
Junior B
Our Junior B hurlers had a busy schedule last week and had two very good performances in their second and third round league matches. The lads had a brilliant late win over Portroe last Tuesday with Tim Flaherty scoring a late winning goal to snatch victory, before another hard fought contest against Templederry Kenyons on Saturday ended in a draw.
The lads are currently top of their league group after the three rounds of fixtures played and will play their round 4 game against Ballina in Ballina on Thursday.
Underage
