Our weekly draw takes place every Monday night. Tickets can be purchased online, in the shops, the Post Office, and pubs, or by contacting a committee member. The jackpot for this week stands at €1,500.
Membership
Membership for 2025 is now available to purchase for the coming year. There are some great deals for playing members, non-playing members and social members for 2025 and we would encourage as many people to come onboard as possible as we look forward to another exciting year in the club.

Tipperary
Congratulations to Darragh McCarthy on his performance for the Tipperary senior hurlers on Sunday. Darragh lined out in his very first Munster senior championship game for his county and produced a terrific performance, winning the Player of the Match accolade in the process. Unreal stuff, Darragh. Well done and best of luck to Darragh in the next round against Cork on Sunday.
Hard luck to Patrick Hackett and the Tipperary minor hurlers who were knocked out of the Munster championship in the loss to Limerick last Friday. The minors have one more round remaining against Cork to be played on Friday, May 2.
County League
Our seniors will play their round 4 County Hurling League fixture this coming Friday against JK Brackens. The game is fixed for Toomevara at 7.15pm.
Junior A
Our Junior A hurlers got their North Junior A Hurling League off to a winning start on Saturday evening last with a 3-20 to 2-19 win over Kilruane MacDonaghs. Well done, lads.
Underage
Two of our underage teams were in action last week. Firstly, our U13C footballers had a great win over Borrisokane last Tuesday. They won out 2-4 to 1-6 in a brilliant contest.
Our U17 hurlers had a good win away to Gortnahoe Glengoole in round 3 of the Tipperary County U17 Hurling League. The lads battled to a 0-17 to 1-11 win.
Well done to all the players.

All-Ireland Senior Scór Final
Best of luck to our Senior Scór Instrumental group representing our club, county and province at the All-Ireland Final in the TF Royal, Castlebar this Saturday 26th April starting at 3 o’ clock. The group consisting of Laura Carey (concertina), Michelle Connolly (fiddle), David Crowe (flute), Mary Meagher (keyboard) and Geraldine O’ Meara (flute) will compete to try and win the coveted All-Ireland title. GAA president Jarlath Burns will welcome the crowd and present the winners with their All-Ireland medals.
Toomevara will compete against the other three provincial winners: Drumcliffe Rosses Point Co. Sligo, Drumlane Co. Cavan and Garryhill Co. Carlow. There are a small few spaces left on our bus travelling from Toomevara to Castlebar on Saturday. Contact Mairead on 087-6952251 to book a spot. Go n-éirí an t-ádh leo!
Golf Classic
Our annual golf classic is back for 2025 and we are now taking on teams and sponsors for the event. Entry for a team of four to participate in our Annual GAA Golf Classic at Nenagh Golf Club on Friday the 30th of May.
Price: €200 per team. Includes Green fees, sit down meal in restaurant and many great prize opportunities.
Also, if you would like to support our Annual GAA Golf Classic by sponsoring a Tee Box, you can do so for €50, have your individual name, or company name proudly displayed on the day at Nenagh Golf Course. It's a great way to gain visibility while supporting the club with its day to day running costs. Join through ClubZap or check out our social media channels.
