As we prepare for the busy season ahead our volunteers have been busy:
Thanks to Michael Haverty, Denis Haverty and John Ryan for keeping the fields cut.
Thanks to Matt Ryan, Pat McCormack and Patsy Hanley for spraying our weeds this morning and spraying the extremities of the grounds.
We are bringing in an external company to line both fields fully (football & hurling) this weekend at a cost of €400 approx.
Thanks to Eamon Hartnett and Willie Ryan for ensuring our lights are working and economical.
Thanks to Dick Quirke and Seamus Brislane who have started the powerwashing of the surfaces.
Thanks to Pat McCormack who has been cutting back the branches etc on the trees at the Nenagh Side of the grounds.
We are planning a medal presentation for the U 13 U 15 and U19 successful teams of last year.

Anyone interested in becoming an umpire in Toomevara Grounds for matches when a referee cannot bring 4 of his/her own should let me know asap. We have two volunteers already and you will get a short training session on Wed April 2nd in Nenagh and get a year's pass for North Board Games.
