Congratulations
The club extends a big congratulations to Colm O’Brien who was the vice-captain of the North Tipperary U15 hurling team who defeated South Tipperary in the Roger Ryan interdivisional tournament final, played in Toomevara last Saturday afternoon. Colm played a huge part in the team’s success over the games played in the last two weeks. Well done, Colm.
Also, congratulations to Darragh McCarthy who captained the University of Limerick Freshers team to the Freshers Championship title last Thursday evening. Darragh continued his impressive form on the pitch, picking up the Player of the Match award.
Well done to Darragh and we wish him and the Tipperary hurlers the very best of luck this coming Sunday in their Allianz National Hurling League clash against Kilkenny in UPMC Nowlan Park.

Clothes Collection
Our clothes collection continues this week. All donations of clothes can be left in the dressing room by the back field. This will continue until Sunday, March 16th. Your support is greatly appreciated.
County Intermediate Champions 1984
The club hosted an Appreciation Night to honor the Toomevara team of 1984 who won the Intermediate Hurling Championship, marking the 40th anniversary of the success.
The event took place last Saturday in the Toomevara GAA Clubhouse. And it was a huge success, with players, management and relatives on hand to celebrate the achievements of the team, reminisce about their success, and acknowledge their contribution to the club’s history.
We would like to extend a big thank you to the organising committee who gave their time to setting up the event.
