We played Ballina on Sunday morning away in Ballina. After a hard battle in tough conditions we lost out 0.10 to 0.8 . This Sunday Borris-Ileigh will visit St Michael’s Park for round two at 12pm. 

Don’t forget our Movie night takes place in the Abbey Court, Nenagh on Saturday November 9th.Doors open at 6.30pm for drinks reception and first movie will start at 8pm.Dress code is formal attire, black tie optional. It promises to be a great night.

Disco Oíche Shamhna took place last Friday night in the parish Hall. Toomevara GAA under the leadership of Mairead O Neill organised this well attended  event . A special thanks also to DJ Spook who kept all the children entertained.

The club wish to offer our sincere sympathies to the Brislane family on the sad passing of Jim Brislane, Cratloe Co. Clare. Jim is a brother of the late Mick Brislane of Ashgrove. 

We also wish our deepest sympathies to the the family of Paddy Bane, Templemore. Paddy’s daughter Deirdre is married to Tommy Dunne and grandfather of our U13 player Theo. 

Our condolences also go to the Woods family for the passing of Marie Woods.
