Anyone interested in getting into a healthy exercise routine for the Autumn should check out MyLife STEPtember Challenge commencing September 10th ending September 30th. The goal of the challenge is to track 8,000 steps a day for 3 weeks. Anyone achieving the weekly steps target will be entered into a draw to win a voucher towards a luxurious spa break.
