Official Club Constitution

The Club Constitution is the single most important document in the club and every club must adopt this in accordance with rule 3.5 of the GAA’s Official Guide (Treoraí Oifigiúil).

The club constitution provides a means whereby the GAA Club can be operated and managed by the Executive Committee of the club. The Constitution provides for control of the assets of the Club and the operation of activities within the Club regarding, membership, management structure, sub-committee structure, club property, AGM etc.

A club can make certain alterations to the constitution, but these must be passed by the County Committee
